Anyone know anything about implementing a rollover for business startup (ROBS) plan to fund purchasing rental properties?  Sounds expensive to me due to all of the taxes involved (C-corp double taxation) and fees that need to be paid to third parties such as 401k plan administrators and providers/promoter themselves.  But sounds like a faster way to get involved in the purchasing of rental property business, though the risk is there that you could lose your retirement savings.
