New Real Estate agent Program

FYI, I have created a new program to help real estate agents create a game plan and build a successful business. I am working on some big changes for the site and will release that program with those changes. I am trying to make it as affordable as possible because I know it is tight when you become a new agent.

  • I have not decided yet whether to make it more expensive like the Blueprint and include conference calls, videos, and CDs, or make it cheaper without those items.  What would be your preference? I know many agents don't have a lot of money to start.

  • I would prefer to have both options really. I know some agents dont have a lot of money to start, but some that have a couple of deals under their belt and still could benefit from your mentorship would pay the extra amount for conference calls, maybe you could throw another small bonus in to. 

    I see so many new agent systems that are way overpriced and provide basic knowledge. I think you could justify a high price.

    I agree with your post. Many agents don’t have money to start it. Though, I meet
    professional realtor in Ottawa. He has been more than 20 years experience in
    this field. They offer ultimate condos in Ottawa. Now, I plan to get any one nice
    looking apartment from them.

    Wow, Mark. You have a lot of energy! Kudos to you for creating such a cool product!
    My questions are: how much sleep do you get, how often do you work out, how much do you meditate and do you watch TV or play computer games?

    First off I have a lot of help! my team helps a lot. 

    I get home every day at 5 or sometimes sooner and usually leave for work at 8 to 830, but I do some work at night at home. 
    I try to work out 3 times a week, but I had to stop lifting because i hurt my elbow, so now I just run. 
    I try to meditate once in a while, but not enough. No computer games and some tv but usually business shows and I tend to wrk while I watch tv.

  • Love your focus on systems here Mark. 

    I'm a huge fan of the internet for the reason that many things can be automated or at least require very little work, at the same time. Everything might not be worth automating from day 1, but people often stagnate when they hired a couple of people, as they don't have the system and/or processes in place. 

    In my outsourcing business, we help real estate agents & investors outsource a lot of their work (Since you can scale much quicker with more competitive salaries), but the key reason why we are successful is that we help our customers document their workflows. This is obviously ideal for outsourcing to do, but it likewise helps people in growing their business as creating specific decision points takes away a lot of doubt. 

    As example, most of our Real Estate Investors use craigslist for finding leads - When they were doing it themselves, they ended up spending way to much time as they were always looking for good deal even when they were not there, so they would sit and look around for excuses to buy a house instead of having clear criterias. 
    Wherever or not you hire staff, outsource or do the work yourself, having very clear decision points really helps the speed of things - If you know you are looking for 2-4 bedroom, 2-3 bath, $50.000 - $800.000 houses, dont look for everything else. 
    While you CAN miss a good deal, your time is much better invested elsewhere.
