Taking my exam this coming Wednesday. First task- choosing a broker. Second task- performing a true market analysis on my home. Sell my home, buy another, smaller, cheaper home, use residual for a flip or another rental. Already have a flip in my sights, friend of a friend who needs to sell to move out of the area. This stuff can't happen soon enough for me. Trying not to be too anxious. A number of people looking at my rental can probably buy a home, but I can't help them yet. Believe me, I have all of their contact information as well as notes on their status. These folks are willing to pay $4350 in deposit and first months rent monies! This is another good way for agents to find prospective buyers!
