Hello, I live in the Buffalo NY area and my husband is a General Contractor. While I have long been in another field entirely,( Health Care ) I have always been interested in fixing and flipping.we now have someone interested in investing in this process. I am looking into getting my Real Estate License so that I may contribute on that end , however do you feel this is necessary ? Advisable ? As I would be working with my husband are there any potential legal issues ? Any input would be appreciated . Thanks !
